DraftWise India ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website at draftwiseindia.in.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

DraftWise India is a fully client-side application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process:

• Your name, address, or contact details
• Complaint content or legal document text you enter
• Generated draft letters or documents
• Your device details beyond standard analytics (see below)
• Any personally identifiable information from form fields

All form data and generated documents exist only in your browser's memory and are cleared when you close or refresh the tab.

2. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymised behavioural data only — it does NOT receive any content you type into our forms.

• IP anonymisation is enabled
• We track: page views, template selected, state selected, draft generated, PDF downloaded, DOCX downloaded
• We do NOT track: form field values, draft content, personal information
• GA4 sets cookies for session identification. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy
• You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

3. Google AdSense

We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings or aboutads.info.

4. Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. Third-party cookies may be set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above.

5. India's DPDP Act 2023

DraftWise India is designed in alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Since we do not collect personal data through our drafting tool, the data processing obligations under DPDP Act do not apply to the core tool functionality. GA4 and AdSense are implemented with data minimisation principles.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
