How we create, review and maintain our templates
All templates are created by referencing official Indian legislation, regulatory guidelines, and standard legal drafting practices. Each template specifies the applicable law, response timeline, and escalation path.
Templates are reviewed at minimum annually, and whenever a relevant law or regulation is amended. The lastReviewedDate field in each template JSON records the last review date.
Templates are reviewed for general accuracy by our team. They are NOT reviewed by a licensed advocate for each individual use case. Users must independently verify applicability.
If you identify an error in a template — incorrect law reference, wrong authority, outdated procedure — please report it to support@draftwiseindia.in with the template name and the specific error. We take accuracy seriously and will review promptly.
Each template carries a version field. When significant changes are made, the version is incremented. This ensures traceability.
Users may request new templates via the contact page. We prioritise templates covering high-volume, high-need complaint types across Indian law.
