By using DraftWise India ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Permitted Use

DraftWise India is provided for personal, non-commercial use by individuals, businesses, and legal professionals as a drafting aid. Lawyers and businesses may use generated drafts as starting points, subject to these terms.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Service to generate fraudulent, harassing, or malicious documents
• Automated scraping or bulk downloading of templates
• Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing templates as your own product
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

3. No Legal Advice

The Service does not provide legal advice. Generated documents are drafts only. See our Disclaimer for full details.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the suitability of generated documents for your purpose, and obtaining independent legal advice where required.

5. Intellectual Property

The DraftWise India name, branding, and template engine are the intellectual property of the creators. Template JSON structures and generated draft text may be used by you for your personal or professional needs. You may not redistribute the template engine or branding.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of generated documents.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
